This is truely a Million Dollar View with incredible sunsets and wildlife.

  • This two-story home is right on the bluff and has 180 degree view of the Puget Sounds shipping lanes, Vancouver Island, and the beautiful Olympic Mts. The sunsets are incredible! You can watch for whales passing by right from the living room. Bald eagles are sighted everyday. Private beach access is a short walk away. There is a community swimming pool available, also.
    This a a great home away from home.
    The top floor is the rental and the bottom floor is a studio apartment rented just part time, mostly by family and friends.

Great place

We had a wonderful time on Whitney Island. The home is very nice with a beautiful view! Our first day there we could see all the way to Canada! Home is well supplied and very clean!

Thank you for the great stay! It was a super relaxing and beautiful spot. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and watching the sunsets and the boats go by. It's nice to walk to the park to access the beach too.

Another Wonderful Visit

The pictures do not do the view justice! The location is great central location for exploring Whidbey Island including Deception Pass, Mount Erie, multiple wineries, a Meadery and the ferry to Port Townsend is close by. This was our second stay at this location and we would absolutely stay here again.

we've stayed here multiple times--whenever we can when we visit Whidbey! Always lovely and comfortable. I especially appreciate that they stock kitchen with tools that people actually need and use for cooking! Very thoughtful.

Beautiful and cozy!

My friend and I came to Whidbey for an event at Fort Ebey State Park. The location was conveniently located a short drive from the park. The views were incredible and we loved the wrap around windows. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and bathrooms were updated. This is a great place to stay on the north side of Whidbey!

Amazing place to stay!

Three long-time friends met up for a stay at this fabulous home on Whidbey Island. The views are utterly stunning! Great deck complete with fully equiped gas grill, table and comfy chairs. We slept great on the three beds, the kitchen had everything we wanted and the TV was perfect for some late-ight viewing. Most important - it was clean and obviously well cared for! We will definitely return again and again!

A beautiful, comfortable property

We had a wonderful, sunny Thanksgiving weekend at this property, with incredible sunsets over the mountains. The view is at least as beautiful as the pictures, and the house is well-maintained and exceptionally clean. As other reviewers have noted, the well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare a holiday meal. Very convenient to our favorite hiking trails at Ebey's Landing and Deception Pass State Park. We hope to be back!

Great location! House was as described. Kitchen was well stocked. Only comment was the slider to the deck was almost impossible. Really needs to be replaced, because it is the one thing used the most.

We loved staying here. The house is simple but the view is staggering! We had everything we needed for a getaway. Susie was a gracious hostess and available if anything was needed. The neighborhood is very quiet. we enjoyed sitting on the deck during the day and the serenity of the electric fireplace at night. Close to Coupeville for all your dining and shopping needs. we would love to return

Fun Family Time

This was a great fit for our family. A ten-minute walk down the street allowed us and our kids to explore the shore to their heart’s content. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it looked like fun too. The beds were comfy and just about time I asked myself “where would I put this thing we need?” — I’d look and there it was. Wish we could have stayed longer…we left a lot to explore next time!

We enjoyed the expansive panorama of the Sound. The facilities of the rental matched information on VRBO website. A waste basket would be appreciated in Guest bedroom. Great view - upper unit

As another reviewer pointed out this is an upper unit so there is a downstairs including blocked off stairs. The view is exactly as showcased - a panoramic view over the water. Really beautiful. Be warned there is no cell service for most carriers! The host was very responsive. Nice place
