"The hotel was overall clean and comfortable. There were a few areas of the common place that could use some TLC. Like the elevator. We were right above the breakfast area and in the morning we could hear a loud talking under us beginning around 4:30 AM which we realized was the staff members setting up the breakfast which was a little annoying because it woke us up much earlier than we had planned. We would stay again. Very convenient, clean and comfortable overall."

There was also a cute living room area that added a cozy touch, and we really enjoyed having access to the sauna. Another highlight was the 24-hour continental breakfast — super convenient and a nice bonus. Overall, a very good place to stay, and we would definitely come back!"

"The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. "
