"It was far from downtown and the price was a little high for an old hotel. Continental breakfast was included in their ads at expedia but was told they dont serve breakfast anymore because of COVID, it was a false advertisement. Thought the reason why the place was pricy was because of the breakfast but since there was none, they should have lower the price. The room smells old but it was clean. The spread sheet looks old, very unpleasant to look at. "

Midcentury Modern Cabin Home in the Woods- Under 2 Hrs From NYC!
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely LOVED the house. It was a mid-century modern dream and we really hope to come back. It is a gorgeous home, looks just like the pictures, with plenty of privacy and surrounding space. A true hidden gem. We loved having coffee on the porch and seeing the trees from the living room, and it's such a short drive to downtown New Paltz. My only recommendation is to remember to bring an eye mask as the windows and skylight keep the rooms pretty bright in the mornings."
Mohonk's Peaceful 5BR-3BA~Jacuzzi~Huge Deck~Right On Coxing Kill~ Private Road
10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely amazing getaway with a group of friends. Location is so nice and secluded with wonderful access to local trails! Owners have a beautiful fire place set up with tons of firewood and starters. The grill was also amazing and super easy to use- providing us a great family dining style every night. The hot tub is amazing and very clean and the “homey-ness” of the house was exactly what we were looking for. The vibes of this location was absolutely to die for and I will definitely try to come back again and again. Could not recommend this house and these owners enough!!!"
Private 3-bedroom home bordering the Mohonk Preserve, Dog friendly
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful house and amazing location. In the bedrooms, it really feels like you are in a tree house. The house is secluded but it's within 10min of New Paltz, Gardiner, and Minnewaska. Perfect to unplug for a long weekend. "
"It was a great stay. We had plenty of room. The house was beautiful. I would suggest that they fix the dishwasher door. It needs a spring so it doesn't drop on a person. The bathroom showers were tricky to set the hot water temperature. This house could use a toaster as well.Seat cushions for the outdoor patio furniture would be helpful."
"Problems w. outdoor furniture, boats, & hazards (poison ivy) that we weren’t made aware of.Rowboat leaks and is not safe for children. Outdoor dining table & chairs not useable because in need of power washing & chair backs unstable.Poison Ivy along paths where people walk (yes, one adult got it; very unpleasant) No credit given us for these issues…but we did get denial.First day we weren’t given code for oar box so couldn’t go on lake. Management gave us 65 credit for that…"
"Very cozy house. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom as well as the rest of the place was clean. Good communication from the owner."
