"The manager was very attentive and accommodating. Helped arrange transport, and gave us a discount rate on a room for early check in when we arrived several hours before the time we originally planned. The rooftop restaurant doesn’t look exactly like the photo, but there is a view of the temples in the distance. There was a wide variety of food, both local and international food options. "1 year old hotel but very clean and fresh. Manager was very friendly and helpful. You can rent e scooter for 8000kyat a day, which is really nice because all the pagodas are quite spreed out. Breakfast was simple but nice. Very good all around for the price."

"When i arrived to the hotel, the front desk including the manager refused to give me a room even though i paid in full through expedia. They said they have a new owner, and don't deal with expedia. They told me if i wanted a room, i have to pay again with cash. Not something you want to experience after arriving from a 10 hr bus journey from yangon. Suggest expedia remove this hotel from all affiliated sites or someone else will share this pathetic treatment. Be warned!"

"Hotel was lovely, very clean and good service. The pool was great and was the reason we booked here. Breakfast options were a selection of western and Asian choices. The location is a bit out of the way but we hired a driver for a reasonable cost. He ended up saving us money as he was able to negotiate "local prices" on everything from t-shirts to beer."

"Great new hotel however on the outskirts of town however they rent mopeds to get in to town. There is a lovely swimming pool on site. Felt like ghost town as we appeared to be the only guests, but hey service was great."

"This resort is close to the airport and all the amazing sites of Bagan. It is super easy to rent an e-bike and explore the area. New Bagan is about 20 minutes on the bike, which is about as far as you would probably explore anyways. All the great places to eat are very near the resort as well. You can also just rest at the resort. Their breakfast is great and there is a pool and spa are great."
