"Probably the best hotel I stayed in while in Myanmar! Bagan is so safe, please don’t hesitate and visit!"

"the hotel doesnt exist!! we arrived to the property, pre-paid for two rooms only to realize this property has been shut down for over a year. the phone numbers listed on Expedia for the hotel doesnt work either. so we were left to fend for ourselves and find alternative hotel very painfully this weekend. A major scam and a big, freaking disappointment both about the hotel but importantly EXPEDIA for not doing their due diligence. and I have been trying to reach Expedia to get reimbursed, if anyone reading this can help me, I would like to find a proper lawyer to sue Expedia in their country of registration for lack of accountability and malpractice. and of course the trouble we had to go through to find a new hotel at a peak weekend holiday in Bagan!! what a disappointment and sad state of affairs on Expedia.
