"Beautiful swimming pool, good staff. The room we stayed in needs to be fixed, none of the window locks worked which made us feel unsafe as the windows were accessible from the outside. The hotel is adding an addition which created a lot of construction noise. This should have been disclosed to us and at least give a "under construction discount"."

Upon arrival, I was first given the wrong room, which had a broken shower and exposed electrical cables something that felt extremely unsafe.
