"Sitede kahvaltı dahil demesine rağmen kahvaltı yoktu. Otele giriş yaptığımızda öğrendik. Konum çarşıya yakın ama çok merdiven iniyorsunuz. Otantik mağara bir yapısı vardı, o açıdan güzeldi. "The hotel is not ready to welcome guests. The staff have no client service skills and the hotel is still in construction with no reception area. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this was probably the worst hotel experience I've had. First the hotel is very difficle to find and I don't recommend kt if you have any mobility issues. You need to got up many flights of stairs with your suitcases as cars can't come near the hotel. The hotel listing said they had parking but I dont know how...

The manger was super helpful and available to help in any way possible. I want to especially thank the gentleman at the check-in desk. Even though we didn't speak each other's language, he made us feel at home and interacting with family. He went out of his way to be helpful to us.
