"The rooms smell like cigarettes, and even in non-smoking rooms, the cigarette odor comes through the ventilation. At certain times, it feels like a four-star roadside hotel. The staff is limited."

Disappointing
"The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask ..."

"Otelin konumu merkeze yakın, taş ambiyansı mükemmel fakat bunların getirdigi dezavantaj olarak sokakların çok dar olması dolaylı park yeri sıkıntısı, dısarıdan çok ses alması ve odaların birbirine yakın olması var. Temizlik olarak gayet iyiydi, görevli arkadaş da oldukça yardımcı oldu."
