"Totally enjoyed our stay, our bags came a day later and the staff , especially the managers went way out of their way to help us! A beautiful resort, clean, spacious, plenty of restaurants with delicious food! Rooms could benfit from an update but are still very nice and comfortable, couldnt fault housekeeping, Suardika was an awesome friendly guy, ensured our room was always spotless and well stocked Would definitely stay here again!! "

"The gorgeous setup of the resort with breathtaking lilly ponds and beautiful flowers with Ganesha and goddesses statues gave a very peaceful and meditation vibes. Our restroom/toilet flush system on the side was something I didnt like."

"The service was excellent—definitely over 5-star level. However, the room was not very comfortable due to noise from running water. It seems the sewer pipes might not be installed properly. Whenever guests on the 4th floor used water, it became very noisy in our room"
