Холодный малосъедобный завтрак, где всего понемногу и все уже остыло (и блин холодный, и яйцо, и глазунью, и колбаски гриль). Бассейн в спа с неработающим гидромассажем (как сказала сотрудница спа "когда-то работали, но это много лет назад было"). Ванная комната с черным грибком в плиточных швах. "

is not included in the room price and this was not clear to me. They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the
pool
and sauna - but only for one hour. Breakfast buffet was decent; staff overall friendly; neighbourhood not that great but Hotel shielded off from traffic/quiet. Some staff have perfect English, others don’t. "
