"まず清潔感について。 2つある寝室のうち1つ(1F奥の部屋)は掛け布団、敷き布団ともにずぶ濡れ。無色無臭だったので水かな？と思いますが、気味悪くて使えず2Fの畳部屋に布団を敷いて寝ました。また、朝起床時にカーテンを開けようとして気づきましたが、カーテンが窓に挟まったままだったのも何やら不快でした。次にアメニティについて。ほとんどのアメニティは人数分揃っていましたが、歯ブラシだけはなぜか1つだけ。アメニティがある前提で泊まりに来ていたのですが、歯磨きをせずに寝るわけにはいかないので、近所のコンビニまで買いに走ることに。。 Rakuten Stayの利用は今回で3度目で、今回のように不備が続出するのは初めてだったので驚きました。単なるミス、というレベルではなく悪質な手抜きを疑われるレベルなので、清掃代行業者に依頼しているのであれば、変更した方が良いかもしれません。"

"It’s a good hotel to ski. They have shuttle bus every half hour between hotel and the train station. The massive hotel is facing a ski field, particularly good for beginners, ski school and park for kids. After ski, then you can enjoy the hot spring. It’s amazing. I also love the buffet. I may bring the kids back again for ski in future. "

"The stay was great. Mae sure you get a really soft pillow because there was a long hard pillow in the bed. You were allowed to get another pillow. I recommend it. Otherwise this was a great hotel and close to train"
