Dear Alfonso I am sorry to read your review and to hear you didn't enjoy your stay , can I ask which apartment you booked so I can investigate your comments regarding the dirty carpets. We are a city centre location and unfortunately we cannot control the outside noise. We have received 4 other reviews today which have given us 10/10 and commented on how clean the accommodation was . We appreciate your review and once you confirm which apartment you stayed in we can look at what actions we can take to improve the accommodation.I do think your scoring is rather harsh , as you said maybe for a quiet family trip , a city break is not suitable and something more rural would of been more relaxing for you. Dear guest, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are disappointed to feel that you have been mislead... we have since made adjustments so that it won't happen to other guests. It is a shame though, that you didn't ask us to change this during your stay as we would have been more than happy to have made arrangements to rectify the issue; something we pride ourselves on. We are more disappointed though, that you are able to leave such a bad review of us, but us not one for you... You clearly have no respect for accommodation you stay in; leaving the place in a state, ruining bed sheets and towels with heavy stains, and smoking in a building that is clearly smoke free!
