CASA IRENE
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (16)
"A compact, well designed and nicely decorated apartment making best use of the small space, situated very near the old town centre. It would benefit from a few more homely touches such as a sofa to sit downstairs other than hard kitchen chairs and more 'direct' lighting (eg reading lights over the bed)."

"We had a lovely two night stay here. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We planned to take a train to Ragusa and they took us to the train. Unfortunately the train wasn’t running(beware trains in Silicy!). Salvo came back and got us and then they got us a car service with fifteen minutes. Incredible! Yeah to Salvo and the entire staff."

B&B del Carmine
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (17)
"It was a great location. It looks a bit sketchy from the outside but once you pass through the doors you are in another world. It is a bit noisy but that is because of the proximity to popular pedestrian streets. Our only disappointment was that the air conditioning in our room (203) did not work and it was uncomfortably warm. "
