"Misty was very friendly and helpful! The other guy at the desk was not rude, but just not super friendly. The room was very clean and the amenities (microwave, mini fridge/freezer, though freezer was tiny) worked great! There is a humidifier and temperature control with the heating/cooling unit, and lots of surfaces to put your stuff. The only thing that was bothersome was that there were people smoking weed in the room next to us and the smell was so strong, it was seeping into our room."

"All areas were very clean. Balcony was great! All the Staff were very professional and very helpful. Derik provided us with the best welcome to a hotel we have experienced in the U.S.A. Cheers Derik! Hot breakfast was perfectly fine. Staff were excellent. Room service was really good. We believe it would be a good idea to post a sign discouraging the wearing of pajamas in public food service locations, especially Breakfast. You should know that the rooms are very loud if anyone is making any noise. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Cheers!"

"My Father-in-law and I planned an overnight trip to Seven Cedars and with check in at 4:00pm, we decided to go to Hurricane Ridge before. Perfect time to go, not crowded and beautiful fall colors. The perfect trip kept coming when we checked in, the room was great and ready when we arrived. The old man, that's what I call him, won $185.00 at the slots before dinner. I still paid for dinner at Seven Brothers restaurant where we were well taken care of by our server, Georgia. We had a great time and left saying to ourselves we'd come back again, and soon. I thought the room was great but the old man thought the bed was too soft. He's 81 and sleeps on a recliner at home so what does he know."

"We had an amazing experience. The staff was super helpful and friendly and we could not have had a better stay. Our accommodations were upgraded after they learned of our recent marriage. They went above and beyond. The jacuzzi room offered an amazing view and a balcony and we plan on returning for our anniversary. If you stay here just be aware that this is a very old building and one of the rooms we stayed in had a musty smell and a few sugar ants. But that was our only complaint."
