"Staff was excellent! We had a handicapped member in our group and the electricity was out (elevators not working, a city outage so definitely not their fault) for a few hours after check-in. Our parking was comped, staff offered to help get the handicapped person and luggage up to our room, and there were several staff members in the lobby answering questions. We had a great experience, and appreciated the reassurance and assistance from staff members. My mother in law liked it so much that she booked it again for another stat next month."

"The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a downtown area within walking distance of a lot of attractions, and there are a lot of homeless people living nearby on the sidewalks. The room was very small, and our view was looking into the windows of apartment building next door. However, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean."

"This is not the first time we have stayed here, we had so much fun taking our 4 year old boys. They had a blast swimming, enjoyed the snacks as well as the breakfast. They have a waffle and omelet station. Good sausage and so many other options from yogurt and oatmeal stations with all the different mix ins. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. We are already planning another trip without the kids. 😆"

"Staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations for the area! The Location was so unique and charming! Rooms were clean! This town was absolutely amazing! Beautiful, fun, lively, plenty of things to do! Definitely one of our favorite stops on our PNW roadtrip! I highly recommend!"

"What a lovely place to spend a week. While the decor and finishes were a little odd at times, the functionality and usefulness of the space is really good for the price. We both were working from the unit so having two desks facing each other was more helpful than I would have thought at first. Having a full kitchen was great Andrew took advantage of it. The small shower was still well finished (the best finish of all the surfaces in the unit.) so it seemed like a very nice upgrade. Huge TV with chromecast and Apple screen sharing allowed us to watch our our own shows from our phones or laptops. Overall a quiet, nice, clean place while also being a little odd with the decor."
