"Loved the idea of the caboose but 2 things really made it un enjoyable, the pull out bed , you need to be Arnold Schwarzenegger strong to lift it up and the limited space to cook and lay food out , other than that I loved it there was always hot water and the toilet never let me down always flushed never backed up , the heating was also a small issue , it seemed to work whenever it felt like working which was never when I was in the caboose … anyway had a great stay overall"
"This is an older hotel. That being said, it is a very well maintained hotel. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was comfortable. I enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water. I will definitely stay here next time I stay in Bremerton."
"The asignated room 121 is not in good shape at all.
The property is overrated . The reality is that this hotel is no more than 1 or 2 stars category. The price price is too expensive for what it is.
The room window was dirty, one chair only in double room and this one was cover in stained fabric , the shower tube curtain is visible rusted and the toilet wasn’t attached correctly to the floor , was totally loose.
The mattress is horrible . Extremely soft and you get sunk into the mattress very deep. The bed pillows are too hard. Very uncomfortable bed.
The rooms are no isolated properly and you can hear people talking from the next room, doors banging somewhere on the floor , people walking on the top floor and peoples talking in the hallway.
In two days we went to the from desk more than 4 times because the room key stop working frequently. The breakfast is acceptable. The location is great. Staff ok."
"Very good property and well kept.
However…. I had a hideous check-in experience with a front desk associate. Room manager returned my call to reprimanded me for expressing my dismay. GM never bothered to call me back.
Things can go wrong when you travel, but I can’t accept people taking my money in a hospitality industry and be inhospitable."
Waterfront Puget Sound cabin, minutes from Bainbridge Ferry to downtown Seattle
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin is cozy and well-equipped, and the waterfront location on Puget Sound is stunning. Waking up to that view every morning made the whole trip. Highly recommend."
