Four Winds – Serenity, Four Winds – Serenity - Walking Distance to the Beach

Located in the K Section of Guiones Beach, Nosara, Costa Rica only a short walk to the surf and white sand beach. Many rentals in Nosara are located next to a road, but these villas are NOT, so you have a greater level of privacy than most homes. Four Winds is an oasis in the center of K section, located down a private driveway and surrounded by tropical jungle with monkeys and birds for the perfect Costa Rican getaway.

The construction of this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom custom home was completed by one of the premier builders in the area and no expense or detail has been spared and the homes are impeccably maintained. We are pleased to offer a home designed and outfitted for the seasoned visitor or newcomer. Whether you're staying for a few nights or a few weeks, you will be comfortable here. The entire house, Including the main living area and kitchen is air conditioned. The Kitchen is completely equipped and kept up to date, so you will have what you need when you need it!

Exterior porch is large with plenty of comfortable furniture for everyone to lounge on near to the pool. Please note, the pool is not gated and may not be suitable for young children.

The master bedroom contains a king bed. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed with queen lower and single upper. The third bedroom contains a queen bed.

The third bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground level with a separate entrance. This bedroom includes a table and desk space, making it ideal for those who have to work and need privacy.

Weekly cleaning services are included for stays of 6 days or more. There is a laundry room onsite for the use of our cleaners only, but we will be more than happy to do laundry for you once a week for stays of 6 days or more.

We have minimized water issues by incorporating a state of the art back-up system that will provide full water pressure, 24-7, no matter what. We have installed a unique gray water and septic system that is Eco friendly and eliminates odors and other problems associated with conventional systems typically used. House security includes a remote controlled alarm system on all windows & doors, Security cameras and 24hr monitoring service for peace of mind while away from the villas.

Our loyal gardener, Jorge, is on hand three days a week keeping the one acre of gardens and grounds manicured and safe. Wireless Internet connection throughout the property. Home has fiber-optic internet.

Although there is a laundry room onsite, the laundry appliances are for the use of the cleaning ladies only. We will be more than happy to do laundry for you when the cleaning ladies come once a week for stays of 6 days or more.

If you require additional cleaning services, it will be our pleasure to quote you for the extra time spent.

K Section is an area that is primarily residential for a quieter experience, yet a short distance to restaurants and shops.

The Playa Guiones community is easy to get around on foot, or take advantage of the opportunity to cruise around on an ATV or gas powered golf cart. Plenty of parking for either or a car if you prefer to explore the area in the comfort of AC.
