"Wonderful Roscoe experience. Only downside, a bit noisy, other guests were quiet, but there is a surprising amount of truck noise from street and highway. Just bring ear plugs."

"Siblings got together for a weekend away. Location is very peaceful and relaxing. The mornings were cool and perfect for the hot tub while listening to the birds. Also enjoyed fishing on the property. Phone service is hit or miss which is perfect if you want to disconnect."
