"The staff was kind and professional. I was there for 5 days for a conference. I was not convenient or efficient for me. Jet lagging, the fact that I could not make tea first thing and had to go downstairs to get tea (with fake sugary creamer) and couldn’t make beverages in the hotel room when I was working late was incredibly frustrating. The gym was great. I didn’t realize there was a night club upstairs so Friday and Saturday nights were impossible to get into elevators and I was on the upper level. Manager was incredibly rude. I would not recommend this place and will not be back. "

"Clean room, small but was expected..zero amenities, so cannot give feedback on that. An ice machine would have been helpful since minifridge, which I knew to plan on, still would have been nice to have, since used small cooler to keep drinks t snacks cold for a weekend, but there's a CVS right by that sells ice and other needs. Heater barely worked, but made do. Saw some reviews prior to booking that mentioned robes and bluetooth radio, we didn't have either, however not a big deal for us. Parking costs are outrageous, but they are all over the city, again, expected, and the lower pricepoint of the room made it more doable. Overall, we'll definitely be back for an affordable option and great location for a weekend. Longer than that, I would look for something with more *in room* amenities, coffee pot/minifridge or microwave, if that's important to you"
