"The breakfast was not included after i paid for it to be. There was blood on the inside ofthe shower curtain and there was no hot water for my husband to take a shower. "

"Supposedly 84 degree heated pool was ice cold. When we reported this, staff said someone would follow up with us to offer points for future stays. Not that I want to stay there in the future, but I was not contacted. The decor is cheap and run down. The restaurant was poorly staffed by hard working and friendly people. Great location."

"Pretty pricey for what you actually get. Valet is $79 per night on top of room fee. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. The linen on bed was full of stains. The temperature in room is either too hot or too cold. Pool water is disgusting. On the other hand:valet staff was excellent. The location is excellent. Breakfast was okay as well. "

"Room was outdated mostly, Tv didn't work half the time . Bathroom smelled like old urine. Was told about the roof top bar at check in then told hours later can't go up there closes for a private event Breakfast was okay but the Microwave eggs, and sausage were gross, Gad to ask for Towels to shower .Won't stay again. "

"The location was nice and the staff was polite and helpful. However, we did request extra pillows which were approved but never delivered. The pool was not good. I called ahead to check that it was functioning and was told it was “heated and cleaned twice a day,” however it was ice cold and so murky you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. No actual food options inside the hotel, which we knew ahead of time but also will cause us to look elsewhere to stay in the future."
