"Reserved 3 rooms for my family. All of us really enjoyed our three night stay. The staff were super courteous and anticipated things we might want. The rooms were wonderful and we had a turndown service each night with some small snack left for us. Breakfast was very good - we had the Eggs Benny each day with fruits from the buffet. Coffee was made to order as well! I live in hotels 11 months of the year and this is one of my favourite in this price range - mainly due to the staff!! "
"Had a lovely stay at Sarai. Staff were very helpful, rooms were spacious, clean and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve had this trip. The hotel is just outside the main streets of Siem Reap, but that was perfect after a day of exploring and we just wanted to chill by the pool."

They remembered me when I came back and decorated the room to welcome me! They even presented me with a small gift.
