"The service at this hotel was well beyond expectations. I have never experienced such great service. Cool towels every time you returned to the hotel. Friendly staff constantly asking if you need anything. It was my birthday and the staff sang happy birthday to me and gave me a little present and a cake! I was very impressed. I highly recommend this hotel. It was clean. The amenities were refilled each day. Tea and coffee in the room. Shower was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again."

"everything was great. I celebrated my 25th birthday here and the only issue I had was that the air conditioning sometimes wouldn’t blow cold air and I felt hot at times during the night. Otherwise the staff was able to accommodate my laundry needs and also suggest areas where I could find entertainment, very polite staff, and would definitely stay again."

"Oh, what an amazing hotel made even more so by such INCREDIBLE staff. We loved everything: - the rooms were spacious and super clean with powerful shower and lovely comfortable beds. The toiletries were 5* spa quality - the breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied - the pools were so spotless and often very quiet so it felt like our personal pool! Best of all though, the staff. If you could bottle their genuine warmth, enthusiasm and passion for their jobs (which they see as making your stay perfect) you would be a millionaire! Thanks so much to everyone - we hope to visit again 😊"
