If for some reason you are able to give here a bonus for all that she did to put my mind at ease, as I feel she deserves it. She was very busy and helped me out and I really appreciate her time and attention and attitude. Many people are rushed when helping others but she is very people oriented. Kudos to her!"

"Pine Grove was super clean and comfortable, but what really set this place apart was the staff. Everyone seemed to take great pride in the resort -- they were so friendly and kind. One morning, we were on the way to the car and a staff person walked by carrying a long board, smiling broadly, and said, "time to go rescue a baby racoon!". Sure enough, a baby racoon was stuck in a dumpster. My husband and I just looked at each other like "is this for REAL?" I think the all the staff really love working there! "
