"Needed a getaway for the two of us and this fit the bill well. Cabin is very well kept and host is very detail oriented with instructions, signage, and cleanliness. Weather didn’t cooperate the way we hoped but thankfully there’s good food and other attractions in the area."

"This cabin was perfect. All the updates and furnishings were amazing! The cabin felt very cozy and the living spaces also felt open & spacious. The property was beautiful with the stream and mature trees. We visited Eau Claire, hiked at a nearby nature conservancy along the Chippewa River and relaxed at the cabin (we did not want to leave). We hope to return soon! This is really a special place!"

"We had a wonderful stay. It’s close to the lake. Enjoyed having kayaks to use. The cabin was nicely decorated, warm, and welcoming! Easy check-in! Nice amenities and a short drive to Irvine Park and zoo!"

"Nice little cabin...host was a great help with us not knowing how to use the lock box to get the keys.. Improvements would be wash cloths and hand towel by the sink..outside could be a little more well cared for...outside fire pit but no matces or paper to start the fie..but overall not bad place to stay "

"Everything was just as shown in the listing and all the comforts of home were available. The 4 stars for cleanliness was only because the refrigerator and freezer were very unclean. Everything else was very clean. There was lots of room inside and out for our whole group. Amy was very quick to respond to any questions we had!!"

"It was what we expected, a fun little cabin, cute but not fancy, to stay in with our family of 4 for a couple of days. We enjoyed the lake for boating (used the canoe and brought 2 kayaks). We considered renting the pontoon but the weather was not cooperative for a day outing. There is a lot of algae in the lake so we did not swim at all. The arrangement of the cabin is efficient and has two sitting areas with views toward the lake through the woods."

"We absolutely loved staying at cabin #3! Communication was top notch, there was some road construction going on that we were made aware of from the owners, with a detailed route around it prior to arrival. We were blown away by the cleanliness of the cabin - Along with many fun, eclectic antiques that all had a story to tell. Really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful view of the ice covered lake. Looking forward to pinning down a stay for summer!"

"This place was perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of life! It was just what o hoped for being small and quaint and in the middle of the wilderness. The cabin over looked a pond and the leaves were orange, red, yellow, green! The temperature had dropped to the low 30s but we still enjoyed the time away!"
