"It is not the first time that we stayed here. This time though, we went a week before the season "started", so almost everything was closed. It would be great if this kind of thing gets communicated clearly to all guests to avoid disappointment. "

"Great hotel with really friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast with plenty of options including fruit, eggs and pastries, the Thai grill was good for a quick bite and the restaurant / bar in the hotel had good food options which were excellent. In the old centre of kiruna so the new centre is a taxi ride away but if you’re out doing organised trips, it doesn’t really matter"
