Very clean, and the staff was very nice. Close to the airport, and there are buses to downtown, there was a locker room for luggage, and we were able to take a bus downtown without carrying extra stuff.

We booked a three-course dinner, full access to the spa for the duration of our stay, and a couples massage to enjoy a relaxing time and celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. At check-in, I believed that everything had been paid for, including the spa access, just like the dinner. We were given bathrobes, which made us think everything was well organized and ready. However, the next day, when we were about to go to the spa, we were informed that toddlers are not allowed after 12 noon. This was not mentioned to us during check-in, and unfortunately, it disrupted our plans. As a result, we had to cancel our couples massage and dinner reservation. Instead, we drove to the nearest water park (Badeland) so that our toddler could still enjoy swimming. In my opinion, this issue could have been avoided if we had been properly informed about the spa rules during check-in and if staff had ensured that everything was clearly explained and in order. Instead of feeling relaxed and happy, we left feeling stressed and disappointed with our stay.

Semester och jobb i ett.

Förenade ett par dagars privat vistelse för att träffa vänner med lite jobb. Hotellet ligger något utanför Östersund så man är lättast bilburen om man ska in till stan och tillbaka. Hotellet är internt både stämningsfullt och vackert. Personalen är varm, välkomnande och intresserad av dig. Rummen är fina. Jag hade ett stort rum på femte våningen med stort panoramafönster. Sängen är fantastiskt skön. Man sover som på moln. Alla bekvämligheter är väl tilltagna och det finns inget att klaga på. Frukost serveras mellan 7-10:30 om jag inte missminner mig och även den är väl tilltagen. Nybakat, gott bröd, frukt, fil, yoghurt, diverse pålägg, lax, sill, frukt samt varmt mm. Det saknas inget på frukostbuffén. De har också ett fint SPA med flera pooler och bastu av olika slag som är väl värd ett besök. Jag kan varmt rekommendera det här hotellet.

Värt ett besök!

Vi fick bo i huvudbyggnaden trots vårat rum egentligen var i en närliggande byggnad. Bodde en våning ner så väldig insyn, vilket i sig inte gjorde så mycket. Dock var det rätt lyhört och med flera hundar i grannrummen som lämnades ensamma på kvällarna så lät det rätt mycket. Men otroligt trevlig personal både i receptionen, spa och i restaurangen! Bra bussförbindelser in till Östersund, då taxi är dyrt eftersom den utgår från ösd,
