Checking out was also very troubling, when I was ready to go, there was no one in the entrance and again wouldn’t answer the phone. Very convenient for travelling into Milan by tram, although we walked everywhere (it doesn’t take long to reach the Duomo). A few good cafes nearby and a safe area. Friendly hosts too. The host Davide is kind and very helpful - he suggested some gorgeous hikes in the area and told us about an ongoing local festival. The breakfast was delicious and fueled us for the day. Additionally, the location is walking distance to everywhere in town and the local free bus. Would absolutely stay here again."
