"Clean laundry room, staff is friendly, very clean rooms, comfortable bedding, breakfast okay, dont get many options. Room has desk and fridge, but no microwave👎, parking lot was always guarded. 8-10 walk to the consulado."

"I don’t even know how to start this review but my experience with a hotel Viaggio at (Mazatlan) was horrible. I paid for an all inclusive stay and when I arrived, they did not honor that. The worst part was the housekeeping. I requested for waters and coffee every day and not once did the stuff arrived. Not once said they changed out my bedsheets. At one point, I even stopped the housekeeping lady in the hallway and she refused to hand me any waters or coffee. I do not recommend the stay. I feel like they want to be tipped every single day in order to give you good service. That’s not how it works. We pay a really good decent amount for the stay to additionally have to be tipping the housekeeping staff in order to do a good job. Please look elsewhere."

"The bar was ok clean and well attended, the restaurant was luxurious and the food was good. The room i stayed un smelled kinda mushy nothing horrible but smelled like pool water. Some receptionist at the front desk seemed to get paid to put a long face while they attended you. The pool had to be constantly cleaned due to the palm trees and dead bugs."
