"You won’t regret staying here! One of the best beds I’ve slept while traveling. Full kitchen. Access to washer and dryer. It felt great to get out of Funchal and be somewhere more ‘relaxing.’ With that said, you still have access to restaurants / market, etc. Additionally, there is so much to do in the area. Highly recommend this place."

"Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Tolles Haus mit super schönem Ausblick. Es war alles vor Ort, was man braucht. Abenteuerlich ist der Weg zum Haus, aber nach einer Weile, haben wir den super meistern können. Die Lage war sehr gut, um die Wanderwege zu erreichen. Ohne Mietwagen ist alles schwieriger, aber mit Auto alles gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank!"

"It's been hard to leave Carolyn and Mark after 3 days at Vivenda Linda : - wonderful site and view from the terrace - close to the center and yet so peaceful - very cosy and well equipped apartment - friendly chats and very useful tips from Carolyn and Mark, including eating at Pipa's, Sunday market at San Antonio da Serra... Highly recommended !"

"We travelled in the off season (early March) and really enjoyed our stay. Our room had a garden view and it was perfect. We strolled through every pathway in the property and for a flower/garden/rose lover it would be absolutely amazing in the summer when everything is in bloom. Our check-in greeting and encounters with staff were always polite and cheerful and breakfast was perfect every morning. We would happily stay here again."
