"The location of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The views of the surronding mountains and gardens all over the property really make you feel part of nature. The lobby, outdoor pools, and walkways are well kept and clean. The parking lot is direcrly across the road and private which is great. Westward up the main road is a great resturant for dinner. Only concern is that the smaller 1 room villas are in much older condition compared to some of the other stay options on the property. They have...

"Die Lage und Aussicht sind einmalig, auch die Bauweise mit den kleinen Häuschen. Aber das war es dann. Der Bungalow war kalt(ca.16Grad C.) und feucht, die Betten erst nach 3 Tagen nicht mehr klamm. Die Elektroheizung reichte nicht aus,auf Anfrage erhielten wir dann eine 2. Heizung, dann wurde es besser.Der Frühstücksraum war ebenfalls kalt,nur mit 2 Pulli benutzbar. Es hatte keinen Kühlschrank im Bungalow. Der Ein-Ausgang der Analge war nur über ein grosses elktrisches Tor, Auto Zufahrt, möglch....

"The property was spotlessly clean and the beds and furniture comfortable. Lucy who looks after the property made us welcome. The property is well located in the centre of Santana with a small supermarket on the doorstep and a larger Contenente supermarket still walkable. We drove, but the property managers can arrange transfer if you need it. There are plenty of eating places in Santana with the our favourite Serra e Mar just around the corner. Easy to access levada walks on the east/north...
