"Staff were friendly and there had been an issue where I had been charged twice for my room, which after an hour was sorted out. Stayed in a suite which was lovely but could do with a spruce up as cracked tiles in bathroom, light in kitchen not working, damage to bedroom wall and very dusty lamps. All this said, the view from ourroon was phenomenal "

"Amazing views of Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Room was spacious and comfortable and the bathtub was a real treat after a long day out. Free access to the public Anytime Fitness club was also appreciated. But above all the staff were the icing on the cake - always with smiles and eager to help. "

"Easy/quick check-in (although you have to pay extra for early checkin which really isn’t a new concept), extremely clean both common areas and rooms, daily room housekeeping which isn’t the norm nowadays, centrally located to a lot of things (the Eye, Big Ben, Westminster etc.). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to mt family and friends. "
