"Windows were dirty needed cleaned. Not enough outlets near the bed. I had to unplug the clock to plug in my CPAP. Repairs needed to be done around the bathtub with missing and broken tiles. No one was cleaning up or wiping down tables in the breakfast area. The breakfast area had broken blinds as did the office. The grounds were littered with trash. Classic hotel room with two single beds, a desk, and a television.

"Overall clean. But rooms need update. They are supposedly starting a renovation next month which is great! The room beds are definitely tired but clean. The rooms a/c worked great! The bathrooms were good. Double beds should hopefully be changed into queens which will make the rooms great! The staff was very nice and the restaurants was great for meals as there are not a lot of dining options nearby. "

"I'll start off with the only redeeming qualities about this motel...it's convenient to the Balloon Park, and the youngsters who work the desk are pleasant. However, it is completely no-frills. There is no microwave, no coffee maker, no refrigerator, no hair dryer. Room #115 had plumbing problems, the faucet in the bedroom didn't shut off properly and the bathroom floor had water seeping up between the cracks in the flooring. "Loved the property! Loved the staff and the room. Only down fall finding a trash can to put my cigarette butt was a journey. I’m a smoker but I don’t toss my butts anywhere but the trash. Also the rooms need bigger trash cans or one in the elevator area to throw trash away. Only complaint "
