Great property. Very clean and quiet. Perfect to bring my dog! Has a doggy play area. Breakfast buffet was amazing for a “continental breakfast “. Very large variety of food. Will book again at Staybridge!

I had messed up on my reservation, and Jovan and Jason went out of their way, way out of their way to accommodate my mistake, I had meant to reserve for 3 nights and only reserved 2 nights. I had to reserve a room for the first night wasn't able to combine the rooms because I had gone thru expedia, Jovan made the switching of the 2 room the next day a breeze didn't have to check out at 11 and wait for my room at 4. i was moved and settled into new room before 11. The rooms were very clean, beds and pillows great! I will go there again on my next trip to Alb. Thank you for making my trip so pleasurable safe and secure.

Nice place.

The hotel was nice and clean. They have a full kitchen with full size appliances! This was wasted on me as we only stayed one night. Good breakfast with both hot and cold entrees, great gym and nice pool.

they invaded my privacy. they went in my room took my stuff when i left at 9 am and when i came back at 10 my room keys didn’t work and the maid cart was parked in my door. They went through my belongings and took my frozen green chiles i drove 3 hours for there and back. They put my Hatch chile in the kitchen freezer like they were going to cook with them. They apologized but an apology doesn’t make me feel better. I WAS VIOLATED!!

Was very disappointed. Expected better from the other reviews. The room was very rundown. Grout in tiles was missing. The room was not cleaned well and the bed was saggy and uncomfortable.

We were close to the Balloon Festival and walked to and from. Balloons were visible from our room on the second day and one landed behind our car - Exciting! Very Dog Friendly and close to a 3 story multiple dining and music venue (short drive 3 min or walk 5 min) Perfect for what we needed!

We need more towels in the room. We had five travelers and only three towels. Also the bathroom sink had hardly any pressure.

Staff was fantastic! Dog friendly area was a plus! Good location. Ice maker did not work, door key pad had to be repaired. Direct TV remotes required replacement batteries. Minor issues but required multiple visits by staff. Ice maker never repaired but staff supplied ice.

BAD DEPOSIT POLICY!

My stay was an excellent experience. The only problem i had was that the damage deposit policy is not very transparent. It's not fair that local residents have to pay a $250 damage deposit but out of towners only pay $50.

The room was quiet and I was able to feel at home here for four nights. I enjoyed staying in one morning to watch the World Cup Final on TV. The staff was a little confused in processing my credit card when I first arrived, but I had no problems after that. I appreciate that the rooms have a mirror that is outside the showering area, which allows tasks requiring a mirror to be done right after the shower. The complimentary breakfast selection was excellent. Parking was free and always available. The location was central to many of the people I wanted to see and things that I wanted to do in Albuquerque.

Nice enough and clean enough, but definitely needs to be updated. Furniture and carpeting is tired and worn. Disappointed in the lack of real plates and silverware for the breakfast service. Way too much plastic waste.

Overpriced for the quality of the stay

Great breakfast spread. Definitely an older hotel. The suite for 6 had a pullout couch with a single sleeper mattress. That’s not ok, nor for 6 people. 2 lights didn’t work. Neither did the bathroom fan. There was a CBD oil in a cabinet, made me wonder about the cleanliness of the hotel overall.

Came to visit family. Check in / out was good. Service was very. good. Elevator was down (not staff fault). made it difficult for late 70's couple to climb two flights of stairs two or three times day. Next: Breakfast , I've had better and had worst. I would say MEDIORCER . One morning no coffee, another oatmeal was watery, another the bacon was over done. No housekeeping on week-ends (I guess that is the standard now days ) Price was right for what you got. access to and from freeway was good . Good safe location. After all that we would probably stay again.

When we got it, the receptionist brought us up today on the schedule for breakfast, and gave us a map of the area. very helpful. What I did not heard or was told, was that they only clean your room when you call for service. The last day I was there I brought it over to the receptionist and she told me I HAD TO CALL TO GET A CLEANING ROOM. she said the Staybridge Suites have always been that way. I was very disappointed. we spent 3 days with the bed undown and dirty towels.
