Water did not get hot in room 518. Drink and bar prices a bit over priced. Seems everything had an up charge. Bottled water in room was $14. Stocked frig and snack bar in room prices high. Noisy street activity until 2 am ish."

"Pool was not available. When booking you should provide information on the website of any "maintenance closures" so that prior arrangements can be made. Specially during spring break when families are traveling for a fun weekend getaway. Even though your sister property was available for use, I did not want to leave the hotel to go swimming. It's an inconvenience. Also, you all did not provide a refund or credit for amenities being that your pool was not in service. Your elevators, only one was working and the wait times were long. The planning was not accordingly due to all the people that booked that weekend we were there. Your property was not prepared! "
