"Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. "

"Hotel located in a residential area. Japanese drums banging every evening till late night. Dogs bark at 230am, 340am, 440am and sometimes other odd times. Room is spacious but so called hot water is luke warm. Property is not equipped for disable persons as there is no elevators. Breakfast is very simple with instant coffee only. Only positive thing is staff is nice and friendly."

"This was an Instagram worthy stay. Very photogenic and fun. My whole family agreed that the beds here were the best beds we’ve ever slept in! It was like sleeping in a cloud, and being able to see the stars from your bed just made it that much better. We enjoyed the private pool and felt very comfortable here. Adding a restaurant to the premises would enhance the overall experience. Also, online mentioned we would have devices in the room to communicate with staff but we needed to install an...
