"Staff is very helpful and friendly. This was our second time staying here. The first time we stayed in the Bridal suite in the Signature suites building. It was top notch and above and beyond. This time we stayed in standard King suite. It was in the basement level. We kept getting a wet spot on the rug in front of the bathroom. My husband notified the front desk and she came and looked and called maintenance who said it was from defrosting the fridge. We stayed 2 days and it wasn’t defrosted and the spot got bigger. It’s either a drainage issue or shower leak. That was our only complaint. They have a pool room with a spa, steam room, sauna, and cold plunge besides the pool which were great! A private movie theatre which plays 2 movies a night. Beautiful grounds and walking trails. Golf putting greens. Free breakfast. Free beverages 24/7. Definitely would stay again, just a different room"

"Great location and nice boutiquey lobby, restaurant and bar at very reasonable room rate. The food and drinks were high quality but at ‘hotel’ prices. Our room had a comfortable bed and nice shower with good water pressure and unique tile design. The downside was that room was very dark windows looked onto brick wall. No way to know where you were or whether it was day or night outside. Our room was never made up even after asking cleaning crew at 4 pm if they could do it (but that might have been a language barrier situation)."
