"Instructions for check in/out are a little confusing. Elevators were broken and accessibility to the room was poor as we were on the 35th floor, wait times for the elevators were 30 minutes and residents of the building said that happens a lot. When trying to get in contact with the host to try and get a partial refund back, he doesn’t answer back so don’t even bother. "

"The host was correct he answered to my questions, sent the access to the unit when needed, basically it was quite fine. HOWEVER, VRBO customer service was awful, rigid, not willing to help !!! Probably the bad part of my experience."
