"Everything was good except staff were not there when we entered the hotel and had to wait for a bit to see the receptionist."

"The breakfast was good, but in our bathroom was a bath with big rusty stain, and we have found hairs in beds. They have options to stay with pet but there is no are when you can go for short walk."

"The hotel was clean and offered some snacks for an early flight. However, ourselves and another group of 3 people waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle before I finally called a cab. I was told the hotel would cover the cost but then noticed an additional $4.00 charge on my visa from the hotel which assume is for the cab from the airport to the hotel. Wasn’t impressed when arriving at 11pm and not getting to the hotel till after midnight. "

"I stayed this hotel twice in March. First, the bathroom got flooded with water dripping from the ceiling fan, the maintenance guy came in and I had to move to the different room. The staff didn't really care since the front lady never came out to say sorry and check to see everything was ok with the new room. Very disappointing. The second stay, I realized I never received a free drink coupon at all and upon check out, I asked if they are still offering. The front desk lady asked where I booked and said it depends etc. Great customer service. No apology, obviously she didn't care. Another disappointing stay. I'll never stay here again. "

"Called the desk 5 times. Relentless noise from above. I was told a call was made twice. Just gave the party above MORE reason to be loud because they KNEW nothing would be done. "

"Yes rooms were clean, parking was ok, staff at front desk were nice, air conditioning and heat worked great, as advertised on expedia they provide 2 bottles of water in the room, however they didnt, when asked they said it is only provided in Summer, that makes no sense to me, why only summer? I had to pay $4.00 for 2 bottles of water 500ml each bottle, more expensive than regular gasoline..ha..! "
