"Was there for two weeks. Great location, walkable to downtown, multiple places to eat within a block ranging from cheap and fast to some of the best in Austin. Convenience store across street offers basic necessities Aging property but the unit appears recently renovated. Passable gym, solid pool, and the rooftop is awesome.In unit washer/dryer functions but is on the low end. Communal washer dryer offers high end options.GREAT dog park. The unit is plenty big to hang around but not big enough...

"Host was great and easy to communicate with. Listing wasn’t quite what we were expecting as the place ended up being quite dated — peeling walls in the bathroom/shower etc. Location was good, minus the confused rooster nearby who squawked at odd hours throughout the night.Lastly, there were only two towels for our entire stay which wasn’t the best. However the bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept great the entire time! Would have liked to see a slightly cleaner mattress though since as a...

"Such a lovely home and a lovely couple that rented to us! They are very friendly and helpful! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here! It's a very homey and safe neighborhood! We will be coming back again! "

"Property had a really strange smell. Smelled like chlorine. Not sure why the owners haven’t done anything to fix this after multiple reviews have been left saying the same thing. The apartment has no lighting it is quite dark in the common area and bedroom. When we arrived, there was trash left near the front door and cleaning crew was leaving as we had pulled up to check in. Small details throughout the apartment was telling that the place wasn’t entirely clean or in the best condition."
