"Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff was rerefilling everything when arrived at 7am. Parking is close and well lit."

Some issues with cleanliness (stained bed sheets and bra found behind the armchair) and bathroom facilities (slow bath tub drainage and musty shower curtains). Not an issue, but a microwave would have been nice. Polite and courteous staff."

"was told when i booked that the pool would be open - it wasnt. breakfast not good. dinner was good though. restaurant staff are good. front desk staff didnt listen to anything and though i understand were busy with a full house, that doesnt mean you can dismiss questions and not be helpful."

"Outstanding property- this was our third stay. Everything is first class- and no details are missed. This stay the front desk staff told us to only text any questions or needs. We did just that. Our TV remote needed batteries- so it was unusable. Light bulbs needed to be replaced. So a priceless jewel on Route 66 earned a poor review because of non-responsive front desk clerks. We sat in a dark room with no TV. "
