We only stayed one night and a basic room and breakfast was all we needed. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. Parking was easy. Wyndham Membership required to use free Wifi which is annoying.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable and we were able to get a good night's rest after a long drive. It's VERY convenient to the Petrified Forest National Park. It's also fairly easy to get away from city lights at this location to do some stargazing. I took one star off, perhaps unfairly, but we would have appreciated an on-site dining option for lunch and dinner. We usually prefer to eat out in the cities we stay in, try and find good spots, but Holbrook is small and the pickings are slim. This is exactly where an in-house kitchen would be welcome. The hotel breakfast was welcome and that at least helped us to get off to an early start.

1st the good: clean and spacious room, good breakfast selection, convenient to restaurants and gas stations. Friendly staff. Quiet flushing toilets. The not so good: the walls were thin and we could hear whole conversations in the hallways even when people weren’t that close to our door. There was a constant loud noise that I think may have been the AC. The mattress was rock hard, but that’s an opinion. Some people prefer that. There was quite a bit of road noise but it’s near the highway so that’s to be expected and that wasn’t a sleep killer.

Good location, right off the interstate. Best hotel in town. In pretty good condition. Breakfast was standard, but pretty mediocre. Front desk help was curt, rude, not helpful. Took a phone call in the middle of my being checked on.
