Room includes brand new A/C ceiling fan, smart TV with cable and high speed WIFI.

Within 3 minutes of restaurants, gas and convenience, pharmacy, and grocery store.

Centrally located near Interstate 275 & Veterans Expressway Fl-589 (Toll), and between 25-35 minutes to some beaches.

The best host/place I’ve stayed in

Edna was such a sweet heart! I traveled with my roommate and two dogs and when we arrived there were snacks and water along with a very clean spacious studio space waiting for us. We felt very safe in the home and it was located perfectly for us to be able to get pretty much everywhere we were going in under half an hour. Will most definitely be staying here again, we’re planning the trip now!!

Great stay

Place was definitely great value. It was close to everything and clean. The only thing is and its not a complaint just informational, there is a barking dog and the alley is shared with others so if you want to sit at table and enjoy a coffee it really not possible.

The apartment was everything it was advertised to be. It was clean, great air conditioning, new bathroom, Good bed and TV. It was perfect for what I needed and the host of the property was one of the nicest women I’ve ever met. I highly recommend anybody staying here.
