Lake Front Retreat With Your Private Beach & Hot Tub

"We love this lakefront property! It’s beautifully laid back and comfortable. It’s clean, well stocked, has excellent views and a warm and wonderful ambiance. The beach off the patio is sandy and soft with room to play games and lay out in the sun., Once you get past the rocks along the shoreline you have nothing but sand and shallow water. It’s perfect for swimming, kayaking and going out on the paddle board. The beach patio is covered, comfortable and great for relaxing and hanging out by the water … has a great hot tub too! The house is close to some of the best restaurants, golf, shopping and grocery store. We love the privacy and how close the house is to the water… We get settled in and never want to leave the property! Mike, our host, makes it all come together with ease and good communication. We couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you!"

"The house is incredible. The view from the balcony is stunning. Beach space right across the street. Cozy blankets and pillows on the beds. The dark gray couch has seen better days. It's pretty lumpy and you can hear springs creak when you sit down. The primary bedroom bed fram needs help. We had to rebuild the wood under the frame because it had fallen and the bed was sagging. My biggest issue was the hot water heater was faulty and I called every day we were there to report it. They sent out 3 people and only the last one knew how to work on that machine and ordered a new part but we left before a repair happened. It would throw an F18 error code and we would have to reset it. We would either have freezing water or scalding water. I was disappointed that we received a refund that was 6 percent of what we paid for the stay due to that and the fridge compression making an awful noise. The Wolf stove is awesome but not all the burners work and it's on a tilt. Shuffle board needs to be waxed because even with a fresh coat of sand it has a ton of dead spots. We would recommend taller chairs for the patio because there's a spectacular view but the chairs are so short you can't see over the railing if you're seated. We loved the amply amount of towels and bathrooms. Overall it's a great house it just needs a few things. I totally understand things break and need repair, I just feel it's fair to better compensate when that happens."

"Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful comforable home. Beds and sheets were comfortable . Beautiful home.The location is accessible to the beach and grocery store. As an overall experience, everything just worked out well with my family.Oh , the only question I have was a missing garage opener/clicker to use and the jacuzzi was locked, or I may have not seen instructions regarding this, but it is not of a great deal during this vacation of ours.Will surely be back again."

"It's a nice location and small but overall well furnished space. We appreciated communication from owner and easy check in process. Beach across the street a nice spot to swim and relax reading a book. We weren't clear if we could have used any of the boats/paddleboards and if there was a process for that? Maybe more detail left on site about this could be helpful. We took out garbage, but not clear checkout list like many other properties.We only wish we knew in advance that the only coffee maker was a Keurig! Had we known we could have come with some. NEVER stayed at a place that didn't either tell you in advance or supply them for you which this rental did not. Very disappointing to find out you can't make morning coffee...too late to want to go to store you aren't even sure is open late on a Sunday night. There also was no tea kettle...that could have been sitting on the nice large stove. We also didn't find a dish drainer and it was challenging to wash dishes without a good place for them to dry. Plugging in the microwave over the sink also felt a bit unsafe. We realize its a really small kitchen, but perhaps a bit more could be done. Fridge too small! Had to keep most our food in our cooler. We were glad we only stayed 2 nights.Bathroom very nice,,.renovated recently from the look. Bed comfortable. Overall we had a good stay."
