"I was at a festival up the road and this hotel was near by and reasonably priced. The breakfast was extra and that was a good price. Excellent priced at £12.50 and very good with a great selection. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Check-in and out very simple. Wished I had time for the facility’s So good I might book it again end of month."
"Property under work conditions. Builder's works. Out side & in parking area. Not that it stopped peaople from doing things. But things still being sorted. Under staft at times especial sunday morning everyone leaving to go home one barr staff to deal with reception. Barr. Food peoples wants & needs. Breakfast ect . "It was excellent value and very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Layout of the building was somewhat strange and the decoration was from the '80's but it was clean and had all one needed."
"We stayed on the coldest week of November when snow was falling and outside temperatures were below 0°c, the landlord controls the heating via an app in the office, we complained over half a dozen times and it was Wednesday before they turned it on, we were sat watching telly in our jumpers, coats and hats. And they still turned it off again in the morning before the flat warmed up. We also bought food to cook in the oven, which doesn't work, again reported it and acknowledged by them, but no action, all the food for the week ended up in the bin and we had to get takeaways!! Avoid staying with this company if you can."
