"We love staying at the Q1, it’s our favourite place at Surfers - the apartments are beautiful and spacious and the pool area is incredible. The gym facilities let it down a bit. The staff are excellent, we had an issue with a fridge that the previous people had poorly stored fish in both the fridge and freezer parts and every time we opened the doors the smell was horrendous. Not only did a member of housekeeping come up and scrub the fridge for us at 9pm, the next day when they heard the smell was still there, they replaced the whole fridge for us - amazing! If that’s not excellent service, I don’t know what is. Highly recommend the Q1 for not only excellent staff and apartments and pools, but for convenience to the trams, shops, eateries and the beach."
