3/40 Bigoon Road is in a great central location that is walking distance to all shops, beaches and Island transport.
On entry level there is the kitchen with modern appliances including a Nespresso machine and open plan dining and lounge leading out to the covered deck with gas Webber BBQ and lovely fenced yard. All furniture in the home is modern and the television is a smart tv and is connected to the High Speed NBN. Just log in to your favourite apps and enjoy! The home is fully air conditioned with a full ducted system. There is a laundry on the ground level with front load washer and dryer and there is also a toilet on this level.
Upstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms with a king bed in the master, king in the second and king single in the third all with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has direct access to the bathroom on this level. All bedrooms are fully screened.

Our Christmas holiday stay at Point Lookout was fantastic for our family of four.
The check in and communication throughout the stay was brilliant- a lovely touch was the Christmas Hamper at check in.
The location of the house is perfect if you don’t have a car, we walked to all the local beaches, shops, bowling club and cafes/restaurants.
The house was spotless and our teenage children enjoyed the cinema room after a long day at the beach.
We can’t wait to come back to Stradbroke Island.

I don’t normally do reviews, but since I have been sent multiple emails I thought I would leave one.Townhouse was in a pretty good location.House presentation was pretty average. Overgrown lawns, rubbish and ants everywhere inside and out.The neighbors in the adjoining house had crying children often which I understand but felt annoying after working all day.The block directly behind is a seafood vendor and talks on the phone loudly at all hours and is a bit of a grumpy fellow. Always commenting on neighbours and peeping over the fence.

A great property which ticked all the boxes. Great location and lovely modern rooms. The only feedback I will give is the lawn needs some TLC, we couldn't play out there with the little one as it was overgrown and prickly. Besides that we had a great stay.

Such a great “little” unit - has everything you could want on your holiday at Straddie.It’s in a great position, close to shops & the beach. Looks small from outside, but when you walk through the front door you’re in for a surprise at how roomy it really is.3 big bedrooms & bathroom upstairs & an additional toilet downstairs is a big plus.We loved the media room most of all especially on rainy or windy days when we couldn't go to the beach.All in all we really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this unit for a great stay at Straddie.
Excelent and very neat house, very family friendly and we loved the family games in the cinema room.

Wonderful stay at Stradbroke again, the unit was perfect, clean and well presented with everything we needed for a peaceful getaway and a super location where we could walk to the beaches or the Gorge so easily, local shops and the resident Koala at the end of the street. We had an amazing time here. If you're expecting 5 stars you won't like it, but if you're expecting a nice townhouse near town you'll love it. PROS - Almost all new furniture, new TV, great BBQ and outside area, very comfy beds, and comfy couch. CONS - there's a seated stair lift for disabled people that is very much in the way, it gets very hot (fans help but still hot), and the pans definitely need replacing. Overall, we'd stay here again.
