Great location. Quiet and beautiful gardens. It was lovely to see the stars at night and listen to the waves when falling asleep. Bowls club and Oasis right next door were very convenient as well. A great stay!

the accommodation needs a lot of attention. Whilst this is located centrally on the island and within walking distance to beach and pub the cleanliness of the accomodation was 4/10. For the amount of money you pay you would expect the place to be in a better condition, however, we find this with a lot of the houses on Stradbroke Island, the attention to detail is not there, big cobwebs everywhere, broken slates, missing remote controllers to air con units, sand everywhere.

I loved how they had a kitchenette and a loft bed, and the little space is so unique! I love how you can hear all the birdies and we even heard a Kookaburra! One thing I would recommend is some renovations especially in the bathroom and the couch was quite stained and smelled from the humidity. Staff were so friendly

I wanted a chill place with space and got a lovely "shack" with a loft bedroom, a lawn out back that ran to the forest. Home Beach was a five minute walk. Very good restaurant for breakfast and lunch (no dinner). This was my kind of place.

We loved this property. There were separate areas so our kids could have their own space. The outdoor area is great to sit and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed. Close to dining options and a short walk to the park and beach.

The loft beach shacks are very compact, particularly the kitchen/dining/laundry area. There is just enough space for 2….although the 4 seater lounge is very generous. Having the bathroom downstairs and the bedroom upstairs won’t suit everyone. I would suggest adding a two way light switch for the stairs or a sensor light at the stairs landing. The kitchen also needs more lighting. Overall, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The on site cafe is great.

Definitely only 3 star. Clean and tidy but could be more generous with towells, cleaning products and bathroom supplies. For the nightly rate we paid it was pretty basic.

The location was great however the beds were uncomfortable. There wasn’t any linen or towel’s provided for our children. Had to pay an extra fee to borrow a beach towel. It suited our needs for the three nights but way overpriced for one level above ‘glamping’

The deluxe beach shack was very clean and neat. Air conditioning worked beautifully which was needed with the hot weather. Allure is in an ideal location, not too far from great beaches, good eating, and amazing sight seeing. Loved seeing a kangaroo jump through the complex on our last morning. Had a brilliant time!
