"Super clean property. Had everything we needed for our trip. I was amazed that they had quality hair products and other supplies on property. Everything was stocked like what you would have at home. The house was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this property to others."

"We had 5 adults and enjoyed the house, which was clean and nicely appointed, Our main comment involves the lack of adequate kitchen dishes/cups/glasses/utensils. Most rentals have an abundance of these, but we barely had enough for each meal and thus had to run the dishwasher several times over the 2 days we were there. (Also, we couldn't find a cutting board -- a key for people who like to cook.) Outfitting the kitchen a bit more extensively would be helpful. Also, our crew had some concerns when a downstairs tenant (who we didn't know existed, as I don't believe it was mentioned in the original listing/booking) came home at midnight and was washing clothes and turning lights on and off in the garage downstairs. Two of our party woke up and freaked out a bit because there is no lock on the door from the house to the garage and they were worried a stranger was prowling down there until we could calmly figure it out; just more heads up (and a lock on the door) would have been helpful. These are minor issues, but worth addressing for future guests."

"After one of the most frustrating 2 travel days we have ever had, this place was a breath of fresh air. What was supposed to be a 12 hr travel day turned into a 36 hour “adventure” which meant we missed our entire first day in Fairbanks. The owners were very responsive and even credited us back a portion of our fees. The place is cute as a button and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Alaska!"
