After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by the credit card company. A real pain, since we’ve had to fill out all kinds of paperwork. We called them about this and the hotel said they would take care of it. WE ARE STILL WAITING. The employees are just going through the motions here. They don’t care. It’s blatantly obvious. Save your money and go to a Motel 6. At least there you’ll get what you pay for. "
