"Started off bumpy with location not able to find my reservations. I came in really late with my husband and son and staff was patient enough to put us away for the night until my issue could be addressed with management the next day. Location is perfect near a park where kiddo could play, walking distance to train station and the terrace room offered a beautiful view of the properties additional amenities such as restaurant, put-put, and outdoor entertainment. The breakfast offered is amazing. Will definitely visit again."

"Somehow we were booked in a handicap room. Bathroom was very institutional and pillows were flat and no cushioning. We had stayed in a different room the week before and that was fine. But this one was not worth the high price.Also some kind of stain on the comforter."

"Hotel is intended for business travelers. Rooms are clean with amenities. Didn’t use the pool, the hotel had several parties, weddings which left no parking for residents and we had to pay for parking!"

"Old building and carpet, but everything worked well, so no issues. Clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet, at least on the backside. Staff was very nice. A/C is good. Breakfast is basic, eggs, sausage, bagels, mini-blue berry muffins, toast, make your own waffles, apples, oranges, yogurt, cream cheese, OJ, Cranberry Juice cocktail, coffee, and tea. Easy parking (free) and good location to stores, restaurants, metro, etc."

"We were upgraded to a King Deluxe, which I think was just a mini-fridge addition (which did come in handy after all). Parking in the garage was easy. The room was generally clean, although our sheets had some holes in the them, but they were clean and fresh. The only downsides were how much trash was overflowing in the garage and random trash in the corners of the elevator and hallway, but that's a rude guest problem more than an oversight beacuse the mess was cleaned up in the elevator and hallway quickly. All-in-all it was a really comfortable place to stay overnight. Very quiet, too!"
