"Not bad for the price. People were loud sounding like elephants running around all night but that's anywhere that has more than one floor. The elder woman at the front desk had an attitude & seemed irritated especially when I used my Federal ID to check. She had never seen my type of it & was refusing to take it. I pushed back gently & her manager came out & finally got her to use it. Other than that it was ok"

"We stayed only overnight after a late flight in. I was pleased about the airport shuttle (and enjoyed the banter/personality of the shuttle driver). Decent breakfast offerings and helpful staff. Great option in and out of Logan at a decent price.."

"Every year we visit Salem around the same time, and we always stay at The Hotel Salem! We love the hotel and its close proximity to everything (super convenient to bathroom breaks). The rooftop bar is a must. Can’t wait to come back again next year."

"It was literally the best location, we did not rent a car, and everything was in walking distance. Before arrival I saw reviews about noise complaints or a restaurant/club with loud music nearby. But during our stay we were on the 6th floor and didn’t hear anything or even see a restaurant/club."
